Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. For recurring clients, we offer convenient automatic billing options.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.
Home Access
You may provide us with a key, garage code, or door code for entry. All access information is kept strictly confidential. If you prefer to be home during cleaning, we are happy to accommodate your schedule.
Pets
We love pets! Please let us know if you have pets so we can take appropriate precautions. For everyone's safety, we ask that aggressive pets be secured during cleaning visits.
